Poetry or Rhythmic Reading: The Forest's Song

The forest hums, the trees stand tall,
The wind whispers, the leaves do fall.
Shadows creep as the sun sinks low,
The forest’s heartbeat starts to show.

Its rhythm echoes through the limbs,
As golden light grows soft and dim.
Life breathes deep, the forest calls,
Sleep falls fast within its walls.

The song is low, the tune is sweet,
A melody both wild and deep.
The forest’s song drifts soft and slow,
And stirs the heart like falling snow.
