Class Policy

Welcome! Thank you for choosing to study with English with Nabi. To help everything run smoothly for both students and the teacher, please take a moment to review the class policy below.

Class Booking

• Classes are available in 30, 45, or 60-minute sessions.

• You may book directly using the provided links.

• Returning students should use their personal booking link found in the welcome PDF.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

• You may reschedule your class if needed — just notify me at least 4 hours before the scheduled time.

• If you miss class without notice, it will be marked as complete and not refunded.

• Life happens! If there’s an emergency, please reach out. I’ll do my best to find another time that works for both of us.

Payment

• Payment is due at the time of booking.

• All sales are final. Classes are non-refundable, but you may reschedule when possible.

• Class 20min - $5.00 USD

• Class 30min - $12.00 USD

• Class 45min - $15.00 USD

• Class 60min - $20.00 USD

Communication

• You will receive a confirmation email after booking.

• Zoom links and any class materials will be sent to your email before class.

• If you don’t see the email, please check your spam/junk folder or contact me.

Before Class

• Please arrive on time and be prepared with any materials we’ve discussed.

• If you are more than 10 minutes late and have not contacted me, the class may be marked as a no-show.

• Make sure your internet and audio are working before class begins.

Trial Classes

• New students can book a Trial Skills Review to see what they need to work on.

• You’ll receive a short feedback form after your trial to help guide your learning path.

A Note of Encouragement

Every student is different. My goal is to help you speak naturally, confidently, and clearly — and to make learning enjoyable along the way. If something isn’t working for you, just let me know. We’ll adjust and grow together.
